"They all laugh when I tell them It's machine washable. But I show them the tag and they're shocked! This jacket has all the quality you'll find in a London Fog garment, very well built. Classically beautiful! This is not a light spring type jacket, this is more of a coat, heavier with a pleated lining. First time I wore it I went driving with my dog. I didn't realize that while I was driving the dog was slobbering all over my right shoulder. I freaked out! I thought not my new coat? Well, after I got home about 15 minutes later the spots where the slobber had been was completely gone. No evidence that they were ever there. I hadn';t brushed it, I hadn't wiped it off, I had done nothing but let it dry and voila! This is a real keeper!"
